Las Vegas Chapter President Arthur "BSmooth" Smith is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind Soul Survivor Radio Network LLC, which proudly operates KYRS-DB Radio Soul 100FM in Las Vegas. An accomplished President of GemNi Records & Music, Arthur expertly blends legacy artists with rising indie talent through his unique "stylized nostalgia" approach. His broadcasting prowess was honed at esteemed stations KPCC FM 89.3 and KCLAFM 99.3, where he transformed the airwaves into a vibrant tapestry of sound. An honored US Army Veteran, Arthur embodies leadership and dedication, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business obtained in 2014.  With a passion for music and community, he continues to elevate the radio landscape while nurturing the next generation of artists.
